2. B0209 - a Silver Member who has not completed the requirements.
2a. B01040609 - a Silver Member (B) who HAS completed the requirements
(01), their payment is up to date (04) and has referred 10 or more members (06)
and is eligible to transfer Cash Balance to another member.
4. C010409 - a Gold Member (C) who HAS completed the requirements (01),
their payment is up to date (04) and is eligible to transfer Cash Balance to
another member.
Make sure your status is "B" or "C"
